versions . Shift2 model, full conversion by me.

Known bugs:
Due to the small size of the cockpit and big steering wheel I was unable to find a good
position for accelerator, brake and clutch animations. It would either overlap the
steering wheel or the pedals so I've hiden the drivers feet a bit.


Instalation:
Extract to a location of choice and copy GameData and UIData folders into your Race07 folder

Race07 Series Update Released

Race07 Update Released

Updates to Race07 have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The major changes include:
- Fix for events rotation issues on dedicated server where a given track would constantly reload.
- Added scrolling for version and installed packs announcer in the main menu when a lot of packs are installed
- Changed default volume values for "Tyre Skid" and "Tyre Scrub" to 80 and 40 respectively (requires creation of a new profile)
- Increased threshold for wheel smoke emission. No smoke should emit any longer when just taking a corner at high speed.

STCC 2 Update Released

Updates to STCC 2 have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The major changes include:
- Fix for blue arms when using custom skins
- Fix for the pit entry .gmt gate that was too wide and triggered when player would pass inches from the pitwall.

Race Retro Update Released

Updates to Race Retro have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The major changes include:
- Fix for various customskins that didn't work
- Fix for some online compatibility issues between RETRO and STCC

Retro Expansion Custom Skins Fix

To use this, drop the gamedata folder in your Race07 folder.
NOT the one under mydocuments!! But the one at:

X:Program FilesSteamsteamapps*yourusername*race 07

When it prompts, hit overwrite. Done.

This will enable skins for the retro poack:

Mini Cooper S
Volvo Amazon
Volve P1800
BMW 2002
1970 Camaro
Opel Commodore
Corvette

When you skin a car, pay attention to the names of the dds files.
The reason the windows don't show without these ini files on the 2002,
Commodore and Camaro is in the game's files the windows path in the ini
are named differently. They also seem to be case dependent but basically
it says window instead of windows. Yes, one letter is why the windows don't show!! (I think.)

These ini files fix that but watch what you name them as this bit me on the ass as
I have a habit of naming the dds files whatever the Hell i feel like.

Anyways make sure the dds files end in what is on the templates, though
obviously dds rather then psd. For instance the BMW 2002 should end in:

2002_windows_D.dds

So in the case of MY skin, it's:

CATBMW2002_windows_D.dds

Make sense?
